Service Description
Once you have signed our custom Letter of Agreement for your specific project, the space planning now begins! Your residential interior designer will be putting together: 1. A floorplan. This is a drawing of your interior space with furniture placement, existing architecture (and or new architectural changes), lighting, and electrical placement. 2. A mood board. This is a 20"x30" poster that consists of a floorplan layout, design material samples, and images to deliver the overall concept of the design. 3. Your designer will be putting in a maximum of 20 hours, gathering samples from different vendors, designing your floorplan, and making sketches to present to you in the follow-up meeting.
